Update on Holland Park Avenue Cycle Highway.

Plans to build a two way dedicated cycle lane along Holland Park Avenue have been put on hold. Discussion were held over a period of 12 months with TfL, the Council, Cycle Groups and our MP to convince all parties that while residents supported cycling and walking TfL’s intended cycleway would not bring any benefits to the wider community. Increased Traffic Noise

Since lock-down has been lifted the increase in motor bikes and cars with loud engines revving up has caused sleepless nights for many residents. The Council is installing sound/audio sensory cameras to monitor and register vehicles that exceed legal limits of noise around the roundabout and Holland Park Avenue.

The Academy Pub – UPDATE

NCS together with The Kensington Society and Clarendon Cross RA have worked hard to keep the last remaining pub in the Conservation Area from being sold for residential use.
